How to Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will remove your personal information and usage data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

To delete your account:
Go to your Account Settings and select «Delete Account», or

Contact us at welcome@aikreate.com with the subject line «Account Deletion Request» from the email address associated with your account.

Please note:

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

Some residual data may remain in backups for a limited time (up to 30 days), but will be securely deleted afterward.

In some cases, we may retain minimal data for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes, as permitted by applicable law.
